What decorations can I bring?

  • We provide Party themed Napkins, Cups, Plates & tablecloths•
  • You may bring your own table decorations, tablecloth, napkins, cups, & plates if you would prefer, or ask about our theme packages.
  • We do not allow anything to be taped on our walls or on the ceiling, if you have a banner it can be taped on the glass window in front of the room, or the moveable wall, with removeable tape.

Can I bring in outside food or drink?

  • The only outside food we allow is a celebration cake or dessert, all other food or drink must be purchased from our café / catering menu.

What if younger siblings come that are too young to play on attractions?

  • Younger siblings, that are not participating in the preplanned chosen package attractions, may play in Ballocity free of charge, but no game card or extra food will be given for these children.  You or the child’s parent may purchase additional food at our Café, or ask your Party Captain if you may add additional food items to your party order.

How many children are included in the package?

  • Ten Children are included in the Super and Epic Birthday packages.
  • You have until 3 days/72 hours before your party to give us your final minimum headcount.
  • This is the minimum number of children you will be charged for.
  • After you have provided your final minimum headcount, extra children may or may not be accommodated, based on space and supplies available.

What if I have more than 10 children?

  • If you have more than 10 children, each additional guest is $35 for the Epic package and $30 for the Super, up to 18 children

What if I want to invite more than 18 children?

  • If you have more than 18 children, that automatically becomes a Large Family Gathering Party package ($700) and those slots are limited to first slots in the mornings or last slots in the evenings.

  • Large family gathering parties include 20 children, each additional child is $35, and this party can accommodate up to 30 children.

Do I have to pay for adult guests?

  • There is no charge for adult guests (as long as they do not participate in the attractions/or eat the food served for the children), we ask how many adults will be attending so we know how many to expect.
  • We will provide our catering menu, in case you would like to order additional food for your guests.

Will music be playing in the rooms?

  • We do have TVs in all of our party rooms that have the capabilities to play movies and music (Spotify)

Are there gluten or dairy free options?

  • We have gluten free pizzas and gluten free cupcakes (by pre-order)
  • We do have a dairy, soy, and gluten free Daiya pizzas, $3 upcharge

If I bring a special ingredient, can the kitchen use it instead?

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow outside ingredients to be used in our kitchen per the health code.
  • If you let us know in advance, we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Please, ALWAYS make us aware of food allergies!!

Can I have outside entertainers come in for this party?

  • Yes if they can be contained in the private party room for the 45-minute scheduled party time, or if there is availability, you may pre-order and pay for additional rooms and/or time.
  • Our included Party Captain will play games, tell jokes, do magic tricks, and keep the children entertained in between attractions, during any wait times at attractions, and while they are eating.

How long will I have the party room for?

  • The party room will be yours for 45 minutes (unless you have the Large Family Gathering or Teen Package, in which case the room is yours for the full two hours), the party will be at attractions for the first hour and then go into the party room.
  • If you have decorations that need to be set up, we do have a party team that is well versed in party décor and will help set it up as we clean the room from the previous party.  (The room is usually available 15-minute prior to your eating time, or 45 minutes after your scheduled party start time.)

What if I want to feed my adult guests earlier than when the children eat?

  • We have a Parent Lounge and Café seating, where we you may host adults prior to your party room time

When can I order extra food?

  • We must know all food orders 72 hours in advance.
  • Limited items may be added after 72 hours in advance, limited to supplies on hand.
  • Drink tickets, pizzas, game cards, and goody bags or items from the Café menu, can still be added the day of the party.

What if I want to upgrade my package?

  • You can upgrade your package (from the Super to the Epic) anytime!
  • If you want to upgrade to a Large Family Gathering party, we will need advanced notice, and it is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Your deposit is refundable up until 14 days prior to your party.
  • We understand the need for flexibility with young children, so if your child is ill, we will happily reschedule your party without any penalty, with the following exceptions:

    i. Additional food items that have been added to your party, beyond the pizza included in your package, is subject to full payment due if your party is cancelled or rescheduled within 3 days of your scheduled date.

    ii. Parties may be rescheduled one time due to illness of the child or an immediate family member, after that your deposit is forfeit.
